In March of 2002, we were made aware of an available restaurant space that has one of the most beautifully appointed dining rooms in North Scottsdale. We decided that since it was only 3 miles north, it was too close for another Foster's. With the number of high-end, chic restaurants going up all over town despite a difficult economy, we thought a place that focused on great food at great prices would be the best possible neighborhood spot. In April, we opened 33 Bistro & Lounge, our second restaurant concept.
